London has enoughancient woodland tocover 18 Hyde Parks

Ancient woodland is land continuously wooded since at least 1600. Natural England maps 346 areas across Greater London; together they cover 25.1 km². That’s roughly 18 times larger than Hyde Park’s area. Half of London’s boroughs have no ancient woodland, while Bromley alone contains about a third of the total.
